Core specifications
The T5600 is a dual-socket system supporting all of Intel’s latest Xeon E5 four, six and eight-core CPUs, thereby permitting configurations running between four and 16 cores. It sports quad-channel memory per CPU and has eight memory slots, and can thus support up to 32GB of RAM if using unbuffered DIMMs, or 128GB of RAM if using 16GB registered DIMMs. Continue reading at CG Channel.
